Ortho The quitting Milestones

We all know that it is a hard core task to quit things that we are used with. If it’s smoking it’s really a hard task. If you have decided to quit smoking, promise yourself about the decision that you have taken.

Make a stubborn decision that you won’t smoke for a day, week, month or months. Follow the decision. If you successfully cover the period, then extend the period in a slow manner, gradually you will get used with it.

Spend the money that you have waited for cigarettes on something productive. Charity is a way of atmost satisfaction. Try it for a single time, definitely you will drive out in the way, that’s the right path. Quit smoking cigarettes is not a hard task, if we have the ability to make our mind to withstand with the decision.
