Pharmacology P450 Inducers and Inhibitors

Sometimes it's nice to just have a full list of all the important P450 Inducers and Inhibitors that includes the subunits...I had this dark feeling that not only could the Step 1 writers ask whether grapefruit juice inhibits or induces but at which subunit (is it 3A4 (troglitazone inducer) or 1A2 (macrolide inhibitor), so I made a couple of tables from Katzung and Trevor's pharmacology. A list more complete than first aid, daunting but complete!
